Behold the Shimmering Beauty of Iran's Glass Mosque
In Persian, the term Shah Cheragh roughly translates to "king of the light." It's a fitting name for the glittering mosque in Shiraz, Iran. The building, adorned with shimmering multi-colored pieces of tile and glass, is considered the country's third most important pilgrimage site. It functions as a a funerary monument, a mosque and a beautiful holy place for thousands of worshippers.

Ladies & Gentlemen: I have found my new favorite city in Iran and one of the coolest places on Earth -- ISFAHAN!
This UNESCO World Heritage city has so much beauty, the locals turned in into a Persian phrase "Isfahān nesf-e- jahān" meaning "Isfahan is half the world."
If you want to see how magical this city is, just head over to Naqsh-e Jahan Square (the 2nd largest city square in the world) right before sunset, have a picnic in the grass, and observe the beautiful 17th Century Mosques and Palaces overlooking thousands of people going about their daily business in Isfahan. Then, try to imagine all the trading and sporting events (i.e. polo) that unfolded here 400+ years ago!
Join me as I explore the ins and outs of Isfahan, and prove that it really does live up to its title of "half the world."
If you are planning a trip to Iran and only have one place to visit -- I would highly recommend Isfahan! Have you ever been here before? Can anybody back me up on this?

ISFAHAN, IRAN - Located in one of Iran’s most significant and historical cities, Abbasi Hotel is one of the oldest continually running hotels, and a piece of Persian luxury. It’s an incredible historical hotel, with Persian gardens, secret luxury meeting rooms, and amazing dining. #Isfahan #Iran #hotels
During our trip to Isfahan, we had the privilege to stay at Abbasi Hotel, and in this video I’m giving you a full tour of our room, the Persian gardens, an amazing Iranian breakfast, and finally, we had a private tour of some of the VIP rooms and secret halls of the hotel.
Abbasi Hotel is without a doubt one of the most unique hotels in the world, and an icon of luxury and history in Iran. Highly recommended when you are in Isfahan, Iran.
